Calcium Capital operates exclusively in private equity, targeting unlisted SMEs at pivotal moments in their development. We enter as minority or majority shareholders depending on what the situation calls for, and we structure each deal — whether a capital increase, a share acquisition, or a leveraged buyout — to maximise the long-term outcome for the company and its founders. Since 2013, we have completed 14 investments across a deliberately broad range of sectors, including edtech, sports, media, data infrastructure, circular economy, urban mobility, and organic food. Three of those investments have already been successfully exited, validating our approach and delivering real returns.
